Summary
During a dual stall training exercise south of Moorabbin Airport, a Piper Warrior III entered an incipient spin following the instructor's demonstration of a stall with power and crossed controls. Recovery was initiated immediately at 3,200 ft AGL and the aircraft recovered by 2,400 ft. Neither occupant was injured.
